Our letting process

Step 1

Understand the value

When you book your initial appointment on our website, our local property expert will meet with you in person to carry out a free valuation to determine the optimal rental value for your property.

Step 2

Showcasing your property

Once the rental value has been agreed, we will arrange for professional photography, videography, floorplans and a virtual tour (as applicable) to showcase your property effectively.

Step 3

All-out marketing

We will market your property on our website and major property websites such as Rightmove and Zoopla. Additionally, we’ll make the most of our database and social media platforms to reach even more tenants.

Step 4

Securing the tenancy

Once we receive offers, our agent will work closely with you and the tenant to negotiate the terms and details of the agreement. An official tenancy agreement will then be drafted and shared with all involved parties. Full tenant referencing will be carried out and deposits collected.

Step 5

The legals

As a landlord, you must comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to letting a property in the UK. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure your property is fully compliant and protected.

Step 6

Completing the rental process

Upon completion of all required paperwork and legal processes, the tenancy agreement will be signed, and a move-in date will be agreed. Our team will arrange for the key handover, and you can welcome your new tenants into the property.
